Please do not edit the names of signatories if they have been set on default. Only Digital Marketing will edit the form from the back end of the system once Legal advises us to change the name of signatories (given that some manpower movement may occur in the future).
The document print preview uses the default paper size of the form (Legal for documents that require notarization and A4 for information sheets and others).
Please do not change the page size as this will misalign the information on the document.
Print and sign the documents and submit to the final signatories as per usual process. (You may save the document first if not yet ready to print.)
